Tubeless tires can deflate during changes in the weather if the seal is not perfect (Or if you hit a curb or pot hole and dinged the seal). This can be annoying and waste very expensive gasoline. Follow these steps for each tire.
Steps
- 1Buy one can of Fix-a-Flat.
- 2Follow the directions on the can (very simple).
- 3Drive to a gas station and fill the tire to proper level (if necessary).
- 4Drive at least 2 miles to distribute the sealant before it dries.
Tips
- Proper tire pressure is usually located on rim of tire.
- Lick your finger and rub on embossed tire pressure to see more clearly.
Warnings
- If this doesn't work, replacing the tire might not work. You may need to have the wheel assembly repaired or replaced.
- Not recommended for newer cars.
