The following steps will guide you through how to change a Honda air filter.

Instructions for the Air Filter

    Open the hood

    Pull the cover off of the air filter
  3. 3
    Remove old air filter
  4. 4
    Replace with old air filter (make sure the side that says 'Up' is up
  5. 5
    Put the cover back on and secure with snaps along side
  6. 6
    Close Hood

Instructions for the Cabin Filters

  1. 1
    Open the glove compartment and remove contents
  2. 2
    Pull the small snaps on the inside of the glove compartment off so the compartment can open to reveal the air filters behind
  3. 3
    Open the air filter cover
  4. 4
    Remove both air filters
  5. 5
    Replace air filters - check the air filter tray for the Air Flow arrows and make sure the arrows match on the tray and the replacement filters
  6. 6
    Put the air filters back in the space behind the glove compartment
  7. 7
    Put the air filter cover back on
  8. 8
    Replace the snaps so the glove compartment is now attached
